Spett Nest
Hidden among the trees, overlooking the sea.
Arendal.Sørlandet, Norway

ABOUT
Discover a little hidden nest in Saltrød, just outside Arendal, where ancient trees, sea views and Scandinavian simplicity come together.
Our Philosophy – A Home with a Story
The name Spett comes from the Norwegian word "Hakkespett", meaning woodpecker — one of the most frequent visitors to the trees surrounding our little nest.
Spett Nest was created with deep respect for nature. We built among the trees, not over them, allowing the landscape to remain an essential part of the home. Wherever possible, we chose reclaimed, recycled and reused materials, giving new life to what already existed.
Every choice is part of a story of respect, simplicity and connection with nature.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Up in the cozy loft, two twin beds come together to form a king-size bed, while a comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space downstairs — all tucked into your own private little nest.
